Engineering Services Agreement
This document outlines the standard technical protocols, intellectual property frameworks, and liability constraints governing all development engagements with DevsCorp.
Service Delivery Protocols
DevsCorp shall provide engineering services as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). All technical deliverables will be subject to a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) lifecycle including unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.

Intellectual Property & Custom Code
Upon full satisfaction of financial obligations, all "Work Product" specifically created for the Client shall be transferred to the Client. This excludes DevsCorp Background Technology, proprietary libraries, and open-source components utilized during development.
"Work Product" refers to custom source code, architectural diagrams, and documentation produced explicitly under the Scope of Work.
Client Technical Responsibilities
The success of engineering engagements relies on active collaboration. Client responsibilities include:

Environment Access
Timely provision of API keys, cloud infrastructure credentials, and staging environments.

Domain Expertise
Clear definition of business logic and functional requirements during discovery phases.
Liability & System Integrity
DevsCorp provides its services "as is" with professional diligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevsCorp shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system outages, data breaches not caused by gross negligence, or third-party service failures.
Maximum aggregate liability for any single claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service module during the preceding six-month period.
